OneMind-DataScience participates in ICHA2018 (18th International Conference on Harmful Algae, October, 21st to 26th in Nantes, France) with the research work, Carnicer O., De La Fuente P., Canepa A., Keith I., Yépez J., Rebolledo E., Diogène E., Fernández-Tejedor M. (2019). First assessment of marine dinoflagellates community in the Galapagos Marine Reserve, conducted by Dr. Olga Carnicer (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Sede Esmeraldas, PUCESE).

OMDS contributed with the statistical analysis, covering community analysis (species richness and clustering analysis for species composition) and species-specific analysis of the effects of environmental (oceanographic) variables over the presence probability of toxic Dinoflagellates through the fitting of Generalized (logistic) Additive Models and by supporting with statistical and scientific advice.

A great work!  Thanks to all co-authors and especially to Dr. Olga Carnicer
